Online Therapy in Florida for Adults Navigating Life Transitions, Stress, and Chronic Health Challenges

Helping you navigate identity, relationships, and daily life in a complex body and world.

You might be holding a lot—physically, mentally, or both.

Living in a complex body and world can make even everyday things feel heavier than they should. You may feel misunderstood, exhausted, or like you're constantly having to explain your needs or limits to others.

Therapy can be a place to make sense of what you're experiencing, rebuild a sense of stability, and find ways to engage in your life that actually fit your reality.

Serving adults throughout Florida via secure telehealth.

Therapy With Someone Who Sees the Whole Picture

I'm Kristin M. Murray, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor providing online therapy to adults and couples throughout Florida.

I work from a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that recognizes mental health doesn't exist in isolation. Our bodies, relationships, identities, environments, responsibilities, and experiences all shape how we move through the world.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and individualized. I won't assume that every problem needs the same solution or that the goal of therapy is simply to become better at tolerating circumstances that aren't working. We'll look at what's happening, what matters to you, and what meaningful change can realistically look like in your life.

Therapy can include reflection, skill-building, humor, direct conversations, and room for the complicated parts that don't fit neatly into a worksheet.
