Groups & Workshops

Healing doesn't always happen one-on-one.

Sometimes one of the most powerful experiences in counseling is realizing you're not the only one navigating a particular challenge. Groups and workshops provide opportunities to learn new skills, connect with others, and receive support in a safe and welcoming environment.

All groups and workshops are conducted through secure telehealth unless otherwise noted.
